Farmhouse. C16-C17. Timber framed and plastered, with pebbledash render to
the left hand gable end; pantiled roof. 2 storeys and attic. A 3-cell main
range with a lower cross wing to the right hand side. Mainly C20 casement
windows; lobby entrance with half-glazed door. 2 gabled dormers. Heavy
internal stack with an inset rectangular panel in the base at the front and
rear; the upper part of the stack has been rebuilt. Smaller internal stack to
the right hand side. At the time of survey (September 1984) a fire had caused
considerable damage to the cross wing.
