Farmhouse. C16-C17, the rear range apparently a later addition; the service
end of the front range has been lost and replaced by a single storey addition
in colourwashed brick. L shape plan. Timber framed and plastered, with
exposed framing to the ground floor of the rear wing; the facade of the front
range has remains of the old plaster panels with traces of ropework
pargetting. Pantiled roof with mostly black tiles. 2 storeys and attics. 2
windows, late C19 or early C20 3-light casements; cross-passage entry with
boarded door; one gabled dormer. Heavy stack to right and gable end stack to
left. The rear wing has some early mullioned windows; the roof of this range
is probably C18.
