House and workshop, former smithy. Late C18/early C19. Timber framed and
weather boarded with pantiled roof. Jettied gable end. 2 storeys. Scattered
fenestration: casements to first floor and fixed-light shop windows to ground
floor with glazing bars and boarded shutters. Entrance door: half glazed with
bars and panelled below, on west gable end under overhang. Red brick stack to
east gable. The adjoining former smithy is in red brick with pantiled roof.
One storey. 2 windows: fixed lights with mullions and glazing bars; one
window has boarded shutters. Fixed light window to east gable with weather
boarding above.
