Farmhouse. Circa 1600. 2 storeys and attics. Timber-framed; roughcast
rendered; C20 plaintiles. An internal chimney-stack with a plain red brick
shaft. Various 2-light casement windows, some C19, some C20, with a single
horizontal bar to lights. C20 enclosed, gabled porch. Boarded eaves. 3-cell
lobby entrance plan. Main ceiling-beams only visible on the ground floor; on
the upper floor, good original ceilings with chamfer and curved stops to
joists and main beams. Roof in 7 bays, with one row of clasped purlins and
one row of unstepped butt purlins; cranked windbraces to some trusses.
