House row with shop fronts below. C17 with late C18 roofs and C19 alterations to
right end. Timber framed to right with incised render cladding, brick to left.
Plain tiled roofs to right restored in C20, Mansard roofs to left with pantiles on
upper part. Large ridge stack to left and rear stack to right. Two storeys and
attic under two flat roofed dormers to left, 1 gabled dormer to right. Nos. 13 and
15 -a handed pair with one "Venetian" glazing bar sash window in each half, with
keystones over arched centre light, remains of wooden cornice over No. 13. Central
hipped panel to first floor. C20 shop fronts below with glazed doors to centre.
No. 17 set back with projecting gable front bay to right end, coved eaves to left.
20-pane glazing bar sash window in architrave surround to first floor left, 2 glazing
bar sash windows to first floor right. Gable front bay with plat bands over ground
and first floors and raised band to coping of curving, shaped gable. Glazed door to
left side, part-glazed door to right separated from the glazed door by a trellis-
work panel on a dado wall. Wing to rear right has framing exposed.
