Public House. C17 with C19 alterations to front and ground floor. Timber framed,
roughcast cladding on rendered plinth, plain tiled roof, pantiled to rear, hipped
at the leftbend. Ridge stack to right of centre and end stacks to front left and
right. 2 Storeys with plat band over ground floor. 6 casements across the first
floor. Half glazed door to bay entrance to right of centre under flat porch hood
on bracket supports, further double half glazed doors to left end under a similar
hood. C20 single storey extension to the right end with further half glazed door.
Interior: ceiling frame of room to ground floor left is a mixture of C17 and C19
beams, first floor passage to rear with timber frame visible, end room with window
opening and part of roof truss exposed.
