House. 1808 by John Saunders with C20 alterations to front. Brown brick with
gault brick dressings, hipped slate roof. 3 storeys on plinth with plat band
over ground floor, boxed eaves,with stacks to front of centre. Four bays with
square almost full width ground floor extension projecting under flat roof.
Glazing bar sash windows throughout, shallower on second floor,under gault brick
heads. One bay extension to ends and boarded door to left hand side. 3 bay
return fronts.

House formerly divided and forms part of a terrace of houses provided for
Officers of the Royal Military Academy.
