SU 96SW WINDLESHAM C.P. BROADWAY ROAD

4/143 Lee Lane Farmhouse

House. C16 with early C19 extensions to rear. Timber framed with colourwashed
incised render cladding, rendered brick to rear. Slate roofs. At right angles
to street with extensions to rear right. Two storeys and attic in gabled ends.
Plinth below with end buttress to right and plat band over ground floor; end
stack to front left and rear ridge stack to left of centre. Irregular
fenestration with four casement windows across the first floor; 3 windows across
ground floor including metal casement window to right under cambered head.
Panelled door to left of centre in gabled rendered porch with arched entrance
up 3 steps. Right hand return front (street front):- Two gables, that to right
projecting. Pentice roof square bay window to ground floor left. Angle bay to
ground floor right. Half glazed door to centre at junction of two gables.

Near derelict at time of re-survey.
