House, now Library. Late C18 with C19 alterations. Red brick on rendered
plinth with plain tiled roof. Two storeys with moulded wooden eaves board
and ridge stack to right under diagonal brick course to top. Three bays with
3 sash windows across first floor in moulded frames under gauged brick heads.
One sash window to ground floor left and tripartite casement window to ground
floor right. Central C19 6 panel door in projecting surround with thin
pilasters and blocked fanlight over decorated with garlands. Dentilled hood
moulding and open pediment over with reeded decoration supported on fine scroll
volute brackets.
