GV II

House, now divided into shops. C18 with C19 extensions. Red brick on rendered
plinth, moulded wood eaves to machine tiled parallel range roofs; ridge stack to
right end. 2 storeys with end piers and brick plat band over ground floor.
4 C19 sash windows across the first floor under cambered heads; plate glass windows
under pent roof to right. Part panelled door to left of centre in architrave
surround with open gable pediment on brackets above. Glazed doubled doors to
right. Consider wealdstone extensions to rear, brick warehouse attached to extreme
rear not included.
