House. C15 with C17 additions to street front, C18 extensions to right; restored
in C20. Timber framed with brick extensions and cladding to front on coursed
stone plinth. Framing exposed on left hand return front and on rear gable with
rendered infill to first floor, brick infill to gable. Plain tiled roofs, hipped
over right hand extension; 4 fine diagonal stacks across centre of left hand wing,
further ridge stack to front, and corbelled square stack to right side of right
hand range. Original house of four framed bays parallel to street with cross wing
to left. Cross wing extended and entrance porch added, further extensions to right.
2 storeys with gable front bay of cross wing projecting to left, projecting gabled
entrance bay to centre and 2 bay range to right. 2 storey gabled square bay window
to left with one 4-light leaded casement under moulded wooden lintel to first floor,
one 3-light window below. Cambered head casement window to first floor of entrance
bay, further 4-light leaded casement to first floor right. Cambered head ground
floor window to right with blocked windows to end. Arched entrance to centre with
moulded brick string course on piers. C20 ribbed door in porch recess. Stone
shield in quatrefoil surround above stringcourse over ground floor of entrance bay,
square rendered plack panel in gable. Left hand return front:- 2 diamond mullion
5-light windows to first floor left, irregular fenestration of leaded casements
across ground floor. C20 arched ribbed door to left.

Interior:- deep brick fireplace with salt cupboards to ground floor. Exposed
framing visible.
