Early C19. Rendered walling with end pilaster strips. Low pitched, hipped slate roof, wide eaves. 'L'-shaped building with principal elevation facing east. Three storeys, three windows, glazing bar sashes in architraves on ground floor with shallow bracketted and pedimented cornices with scallop in tympanum. Some blocked windows in rear and tall semi-circular headed staircase light. Plain door opening in angle to rear under modern lean-to.
