Cottage. C16 with C17 and late C19 extensions in Gothic style to left. Timber
framed with red and blue brick cladding below, brown brick infill to exposed
frame above, red and brown brick to left. Horsham slab roof with iron ridge
cresting, plain tiled roofs over extensions to left. Corbelled ridge stack to left
end of older section with diagonal brick patterning to top and terracotta pots.
1 storey and attic under two hipped roof diamond pane leaded casement dormers; two
3-light casement windows below on ground floor. Central part glazed door in pent
roofed porch with glazed leaded sides on brick dado walls. Tile hung gable on
right hand return front. Catslide extension to rear. Taller C19 extensions to
left including angle bay and gables.
