4/259 Crab Hill Farm House

II

House late C16 with C18 extensions and additions timber framed, same applied
on top of original with roughcast infill to ground floor. Tile hung above,
plain tiled roof with end stack to left, rear ridge stack to left of centre and
rear stack. T shaped plan, 2 storeys to left, 2 storeys with attic high in the
gable of the bay set back to right end. First floor tiling dropping down to
meet ground floor windows to left. 3 three-light leaded casement windows across
first floor. Ribbed door to left of centre under flat hood on braces. Catslide
extension to roof at rear, with gabled outshot to rear right.
Interior:- Little altered - some framing visible.
