3/35 Slynes Oak


House. Early C19 with late C19 addition to right. Ashlar and incised render
facing to brick; slate roof with ridge cresting and stacks to end left and
right of centre. 2 storeys with attic under 3 flat roof dormers to left,
plat band over ground floor to left. Original house 5 bays to left with glazing
bar sash windows across the first floor. Central half glazed door in flat Doric
portico. Two bays to right in similar style. Right hand return front: Bar
windows on both floors. Wings at right angles to rear.
