TQ 35SW GODSTONE C.P. GREEN, THE (East side)

5/91 Pucks Cottage

GV II


House. Early C17, altered and encased in C19 and C20. Timber framed
with incised render cladding; restored C20 roof with rendered stack
to right end, rear stack to right and front stack to left. Two storeys.
Three casements across first floor with brick cills. Central part
glazed door under gabled porch hood on brackets. Weatherboarded on
left hand return front with open pent roof extension across ground
floor on wooden supports.
Interior: Some framing visible, Queen-post construction in roof.
Chamfered ceiling beam to ground floor.
Included for Group Value with High Street properties.
