Cottage includes No. 58 Detillens Lane. C16 with C20 additions. Timber framed on
galleted rubblestone plinth, whitewash brick infill above; tile hung on first
floor; plain tiled roof with central large ridge stack. 2 storeys with gable end
to street. Attic leaded casement window in gable, 1 five light leaded casement in
first floor under shallow pent tiled porch, 2 casement windows to ground floor.
Planked part glazed door to left of centre, further C20 stable style door in single
storey brick extension to left under open gabled porch hood. Right hand return
front (Detillens Lane). Square panel framing exposed with curved end bracing to
left, 2 framed bays .

Interior: framing visible, purlin and windbrace roof.
