Cottage. C16 with C20 extensions to rear. Timber framed on brick plinth with
brick infill; plain tiled hipped roof with gablets, rear ridge stack to right
of centre. Wealden type with main front to rear: 2 storeys, 5 framed bays with
outer ground floor bays underbuilt. 3 leaded casement windows across first floor.
Pent roof porch to right with ribbed door in left hand side. Left hand return
front: jettied first floor on brackets, close studding exposed. Tile hung and
rendered wings to rear.
