House. Timber framed on rubblestone plinth, brick infill below, tile hung above with plain tiled roof; ridge stack to right of centre. 2 storeys and attic under 1 gabled dormer to left of centre, dentilled brick band over ground floor. 3 C19 casement windows across first floor, 4 below. Half glazed and panelled door in moulded surround under gabled porch hood on wooden supports. Pentice roof weatherboard extension set back to right end. Wing at right angles to rear left, some framing exposed on left hand return front.
