TQ 35SE OXTED C.P. GODSTONE ROAD

House, now divided and part office. C15 with C16 extensions and C19 additions.
Timber framed clad in red and blue brick below, whitewashed to right, tile hung above.
Plain tiled half hipped roof with end gablets. Ridge stack toright of centre and
rendered end stack to left. L shaped with gable front cross wing to right. 2 storeys.
2 casement windows to first floor left, 1 on front right; horizontal sliding sash
window to ground floor left of centre. Part leaded, glazed, plank door to left end
(No. 6 Ivy Cottage), further panelled door with top two panels glazed (No. 4) to left
of centre, office front with plate glass windows flanking central panelled door under
leaded transom light to ground floor right, (No. 2). Right hand return front:
rubblestone on brick and stone plinth with brick quoining.

Interior: framing visible, especially on ceilings.
