House, now divided. Late C16 with C17 bay to right. Square panel timber framed
on stone plinth with whitewashed brick infill, herringbone course to eaves; plain
tiled roof with rebuilt ridge stack to left of centre. 2 storeys, 4 framed bays
with 3 leaded windows across the first floor, 2 glazing bar windows across the
ground floor, bowed window on brackets to ground floor right. Half glazed door up
flight of 5 steps to left (No. 67 The Old Town House) in architrave surround under
clat porch hood on brackets. Further door in right hand return front (Catmint
Cottage). Single storey extension to rear.
