House, now divided. C17. Timber framed with brick cladding, red and blue to left,
roughcast to right. Moulded board eaves to plain tiled roof with ridge stack to
left and front stack to right. 2 storeys and attaic under gabled dormer to right,
3 metal casement windows across first floor; cambered head window to ground floor
left. 4 panel door up flight of 3 steps to left under flat proch hood on brackets
(No. 71 Newton); half glazed, leaded door to right of centre (No. 73). Rendered
parallel range across rear with C20 glazed extension to rear right.
