House. c1700. Red brick rendered on redered plinth, deep wooden modillion eaves
cornice extending to left over 1 bay of Unwins to plain tiled roof with rear stacks.
2 storeys over basement with attic under hipped dormer to right, plat band over
ground floor. 5 casement windows across first floor, 2 glazing bar sash windows on
ground floor. Central 8 panel door up 3 steps in raised moulded strip surround
with blind, arched over door and open pediment above. Right hand return front:
gable with English bond brickwork of red brick with blue headers.
