TQ 34NE TANDRIDGE C.P. TANDRIDGE LANE

9/269 Newhouse Farm House

GV II


House. Late C18 with C19 additions. Red brick with blue headers on stone plinth;
plain tiled roof with end stacks. 2 storeys and attics under two tile hung
gabled casement dormers. Three C19 glazing bar sash windows across the first
floor under gauged heads. Central planked door with top two panel glazed, in
fluted door surround under flat porch hood with marbled edges supported on
brackets.

Rear: C19 wings at right angles to main front, one stone the other tile hung.
