House. C15 with C17 front range. Timber framed to rear, brick plinth with
English bond red brick front; parallel range roofs, Horsham slab to front,
hipped plain tiled roof to rear. Offset end chimneys to front with diagonal
stacks, 2 on left, 3 taller stacks to right. 2 storeys, 3 C20 4-light leaded
casement windows across the first floor. Central panelled and half glazed door,
under traceried fanlight. Left hand return front: 2 C17 windows with cut
and rubbed brick surrounds and centre mullion.

Rear elevation: red and blue brick below, tile hung above. Casement windows
throughout.

Interior: framing visible in ground floor room to rear . Wooden cornices in
some rooms.
