Former stable block to Westwood place, now house. Mid C18 with C20
extensions to ends. Red brick with some blue brick headers, plain
tiled roofs, hipped and lower to ends. Central three bay block with
three bay extensions to right. Two storeys to centre and left,
one storey to right with attic under central hipped roofed projection.
Brick plinth with plat band over ground floor centre and left,
dentilled brick eaves to centre. Central square wooden turret under
square ogee top and weathervane, louvred faces below. Stack to rear
right. Three sash windows to first floor centre, three further sash
windows to first floor left. Three ground floor sashes to centre,
arched, under gauged brick heads with an impost band extending to
left over two square windows in the extension. Two casement windows
to ground floor right. Arched, double doors to left of centre in
flat Tuscan pilaster surround under keystone fanlight in architrave
surround.
