Cottage. C17, altered and extended in C19. Sandstone rubble with red
brick dressings, plain tiled roofs, half-hipped with gablet over bay to
right end. 2 storeys with diagonal brick band to eaves, end stack to left,
rear stack to right. Two 3-light casement windows with glazing bars to first
floor higher on the right. Two 3-light windows on the ground floor all
under gauged brick heads. Further small, 2-light window to right centre
ground floor. Part glazed door to centre. Right hand return front: central
double bay with attic window, arched recess to right. Pentice extension to
rear left. Included for group value only.
