GV II

House. Late C18/early C19. Incised colourwashed stucco with hipped
Welsh slate roofs. Two storeys. Plat band over ground floor with
rusticated angles and deep wooden bracket eaves. Rendered ridge stacks
to right of centre, two end stacks to right. Five 16-pane glazing bar
sash windows across first floor, two to right in bowed bays flanking
one 12-pane window. End windows to left in set back break. Similar
arrangement on ground floor. Panelled door to right between the bowed
bays in arched, fluted, surround under "Gothick" tracery fanlight.
Three panels on door, rectangular to top and bottom with central circular
panel. Door approached up a flight of five steps with iron handrail.
Parallel range to rear left, taller parallel range to rear right.
