4/14 Lodge to Clive Lodge With walls
gatepiers to right.
GV II

Lodge. Early C19. Colourwashed stucco with stone dressings, low-pitched
Welsh slate roofs. One storey with hip end to street and deep eaves.
Central angle bay with one sash window under the deep eaves of the main
roof. Impost block vermiculation. Rendered screen walls and square gate
piers attached to right. Central double-boarded gates between the piers.
Outer piers circa 6 feet high on moulded plinths with banded block
vermiculation. Plain moulded capitals above. Greek key pattern band to
inner piers. Door to lodge in right hand return front behind the wall.
