TQ 04 NW SHALFORD CP CHINTHURST LANE

4/147 Chinthurst Farm Cottage

II

Cottage. C17 with late C19 alterations. Timber framed core clad in
sandstone with brick dressings and angle quoins, plain tiled roof, hipped
with gable to left. Rebuilt ridge stack to right. One storey and attic
under gabled, tile hung dormer to front right. Irregular ground floor
fenestration of three windows, two under cambered heads - now boarded up.
Stable style door to right hand return front. Weatherboarded single
storey extension to right.

Interior: ceiling frames visible.
Derelict at time of resurvey.
