Watermill. Early C18. Timber framed clad in red and brown brick below
tile hung above, the upper floor with vertical diamond pattern tile
hanging, some fishscale tile hanging and club tile hanging on gable.
Weatherboarded centre bay. Plain tiled half-hipped roof. Three storeys
with central projecting gabled bay on wooden supports. End ridge stack to
right. Diamond-pane, leaded fenestration with one 2-light window to each
side on each floor, top left hand window with one light blocked off and
converted into pigeon entrance. Two, 2-light, leaded casements in central
gable with diagonal bracings to post below. Irregular casements and
fixed fenestration to ground and first floors of centre under gable.

Interior: machinery survives including waterwheel 14 feet in diameter on
cast iron wheelshaft - half removed. Cog pit and wheelshaft of pit wheel
and cast iron "wallower" spur wheel, and three pairs of mill wheels
above - one complete with bed and runner stones. Large storage bins
along the top of the third floor.
