House. Mid C18. Red brick with hipped plain tiled roof. Two storeys on
plinth with plat band over ground floor and rubbed brick eaves cornice.
Five bays with glazing sash fenestration, 12-pane, under gauged brick heads,
four windows on ground floor. Central six fielded panel door under
fanlight with intersecting tracery in open pedimented surround on volute
scroll brackets. Panelled reveal. End stacks to left.

Left hand return front: lower galleted sandstone range to left with brick
dressings and hipped plain tiled roof.
