GV II

House. 1846 in Lovelace style. Flint rubble with brick dressings and slate roofs. "T"
shaped plan. Two storeys with end stack to gable, round with cut brick in diamond
pattern. Guilloche type terracotta band to plinth, decorative lozenge band to first
floor and brick billet band to eaves. Gable end to street: oval crest in gable apex.
2 cambered head casement windows to first floor and one first floor casement to right
in whitewashed brick extension. Cambered head, glazed door to ground floor right.
Left hand return front: One first floor window on each floor to left, one cambered
head, casement window to ground floor right with original glazing bars and in a
chamfered brick surround.
