GV II

Cottage. 1865 in Lovelace Style. Flint rubble with brick and terracotta decorations;
slate roofs. Two storeys with massive ribbed and corbelled end stacks. Gable end to
lane: central date plaque in gable with two shields below. Two first floor, cambered
head windows under label mouldings, two cambered head metal casements below. Boarded
pentice roof extension to left with half glazed door. Flat roofed dormer to right hand
return front.
