House, now shop. Late C15 refronted and extended in C17 and C19. Timber framed core
to left, brick to centre and right, all rendered and whitewashed; plain tiled roofs,
patterned tile to left pitch of gable. Two storeys with gable to left end and
smaller gable to right on corbelled eaves. Stack to centre of rear, and to end.
Mixed fenestration with horizontal sliding sash to first floor left, casement window
to centre and 12 pane,C19 sash window to right. Further casement to first floor
right. Plate glass shop fronts to ground floor left, centre and right. Half-glazed
door to left end, blocked, further door to left side of right hand gable.
Interior: Ceiling frames and interior framing to left hand range. Evidence suggests
that this was the former cross wing of 2 framed bays, to a Hall house, since rebuilt.
