House. C16 to right, C19 extensions to left. Timber framed, underbuilt in colour-
washed brick, exposed above with colourwashed brick infill. Brick extensions to left;
plain tiled roofs. Two storeys with end stacks to right and rendered offset stack to
end left. L shaped plan with wing projecting to left. 3 framed bays to right -
former "wealden" type, with first floor curved bracing. Three C19 sashes to first
floor and one window to ground floor right. Plot band over ground floor of left hand
extension with one sash window on each floor. Half glazed door at junction of wings
in re-entrant angle; under flat hood.
Garden front: tilehung gable to left. 2 cambered head windows to first floor left,
one sash window to right.
