TQ 05NW SEND C.P. SEND MARSH ROAD

House. C15 core with C17 extensions to end and rear and C20 extensions to ends.
Timber framed clad in whitewashed brick, frame exposed in gable ends to right with
whitewashed render infill. Tile hung on first floor centre, some in fishscale
banding. Plain tiled roofs. Central Hall house with lower wing projecting at
right angles to front right, extended to ends. Two storeys with large multiple
ridge stack to left of main block, offset gable end stack to right, further stacks
to rear. Leaded casement fenestration with one window to first floor of gable, one
4-light ground floor casement below. One window on each floor of extension to left.
Two windows on each floor of right hand extension, with one projecting through -
eaves gabled dormer. C20 gabled brick porch to left of centre with ribbed door.
Framed catslide to rear.
Interior: principal posts exposed and some ceiling frames visible.
