1/188 Old Manor Cottage

GV II

House. Early C16, restored in C20. Timber framed on brick plinth to right, brick
infill to exposed frame above, brick cladding on centre gable; plain tiled, half-
hipped roof. One storey and attic under C20 gabled casement dormer to left, and in
central gable. Large offset end stack to left, ridge-stack to left of centre. Long
passing braces from the wall plate to the principal posts at sill level to right hand
bay of three bay structure. Three, 3-light casement windows on ground floor, gabled
porch to left of centre with C20 plank door.
