4/219 Fludyers

House. Ct6 with C20 extensions to rear. Timber framed, underbuilt and part infilled
on the ground floor with red and brown brick, C20 to right, exposed frame above with
brick infilling; hipped plain tiled roof with end gablets. One storey and attic.
Four framed bays with curved bracing to first floor ends. End stacks, both offset.
Four through-eaves, gabled, casement dormers and 4 windows on ground floor under
pentice boards. Half-glazed door to left of centre. Main entrance now to rear in
centre. Gabled brick wing to left, C20, with flat roofed through-eaves dormer and
two cambered-head casements to ground floor.
