Cottage. Circa 1870. Flint rubble with brick angle quoins and stone dressings,
plain tiled roof over. Two storeys with end ridge stacks on common plinths and
with panelled shafts under common corbelled top. Regular front with moulded brick
eaves course. Two mullioned 3-light casement windows on the first floor in painted
deep-moulded stone) surrounds, two canted bay windows on the ground floor under
tiled roofs. Central 6-panel door in gabled flint porch with moulded stone edging
to gable. Left hand return front:- eaves course continued across the base of the
gable, brick edged arch on chimney breast.
