House. Dated 1637 and with the initials "W.C." on the door jambs. Red brick on
ground floor, clad in pebbledash on the front elevation; C20 tile hanging above,
some in fishscale pattern. Plain tiled roof. Lobby entry plan. Two storeys and
attics with very large, restored multiple stack to right of centre. Cornice over
ground floor rendered over. Three, 3-light C20 windows on both floors. Door of
six panels to right of centre in banded wood surround, under cambered head and
lead hood of ogee section with fringed edges on braces. Single storey, slate-
roofed aviary to right end, further extensions to rear not of special interest.
Interior:- chamfered ceiling joists exposed on the ground floor.
