Chapel. Circa 1880. Coursed sandstone blocks with ashlar and brick dressings,
plain-tiled roofs. Single-storey rectangular chapel with gabled porch to south
under small square tower and octagonal turret with spire. Corbelled brick eaves
on chapel, stone corbel table to lower eaves. Wooden turret above with foiled
arches on each face, cross braced below. Ashlar angle quoins to ends of chapel
and on the offset buttresses, two on the north and south sides and one to the
west. Small stone-dressed, two foiled-light and roundel window on the south side
similar but larger window to right under relieving arch. Stone half dormer gable
above window with triangular panel at apex and with buttress flanking stone-
dressed window in the eastern end of the south side. Two windows to north.
Gabled porch to south west corner with stone quatrefoil panel at apex. Hood
moulding over cusped and chamfered arched door surround to recessed double doors
approached up two steps.
