Mid C19 L-shaped, one-storey building with alterations. Coursed chalk blocks.
Low pitched slated roof with bracketed gable ends and eaves soffit. Plain casements
on road front and added glazed room in angle. Head of original doorway may be
seen, with cut voussoirs, keystone and shouldered surround. Further extensions
to right. Included for group value.

Nos 51, 53, 55, No 59 and the Entrance Gateway to south of No 59 form a group.]
