Early C19 2-storey, 3-window villa with an added right bay. Painted brick. Very
low pitched slate roof with eaves cornice. Sash windows, under gauged brick arches,
have modern louvred shutters. Pilasters and open pediment to modern door with
radial fanlight (replaced).
