The description shall be amended to read:-

House, formerly rectory. Late C16 4 bay timberframed house with
hearth at the back with brick house added to front dated I.M. 1765 and
some mid C19 alterations. Exterior stuccoed with incised lines, side
elevation pebble dashed. Hipped slate roof with brick chimneystacks.
2 storeys, front elevation has 5 sashes, 12-pane to 1st floor in
moulded architrave and similar but taller windows to ground floor.
Pedimented doorcase with brackets. Modillion cornice, stringcourse
and plinth. Left side elevation has tripartite sashes. Interior has
lounge at rear with c1600 roll-moulded axial beam and floor joists.
Bolection moulded fireplaces. Kitchen has exposed beams with 2 inch
chamfers. 1st floor has exposed timbers including arched braces and
clasped purlin roof with arched braces. The C18 wing has a C19
staircase and 2 fireplaces brought in, but the roof is original,
angled queen strut with through purlins, but reusing older timbers,
some of them smoke blackened. Well roof later ceiled over, [DBRG
Report No 3383]

Mid C18 2-storey, 5-bay house. Stucco, with incised lines and 1st floor band.
Hipped, swept slate roof. Early C19 sash windows with glazing bars. Door in
moulded architrave with pediment over. C19 wing added at west.
