House of late C17 appearance with C18 additions. Entrance front shows older part
of 2 storeys, 2 windows, at left. Malmstone rubble with red brick dressings.
Hipped tiled roof with small brick stack on ridge end. One gabled dormer, breaking
eaves. Small paned modern casements.
2 gabled right extensions, the first of one storey, 2 bays, the other 2 storeys,
one bay. Hipped tiled roofs. Red brick; cambered arches to small paned casements.
Plain boarded door under bracketed cornice hood. Modern open stone porch added
at right.

Hoath Farm House and Barn to north-east of Hoath Farm House form a group.
