Probably C17 timber framed building now faced in stucco with incised lines. 2
storeys, 2 windows. High pitched tiled roof. Left end chimney breast with offsets.
Small modern casements on first floor. Ground floor covered by projecting, glazed mid-late C19 public house front. Inside many exposed beams with arch braces and an inglenook with bread oven and salt cupboard. At back a high plinth of chalk rubble and brick where ground slopes away; and 2 modern pent extensions.
