Post. c1860. c3½ foot high, metal four legged plinth and chamfered pier above.
Moulded capital band and pyramidal top. City of London Corporation Shield cast on the front, lettering on the pier reads: "24 & 25 VICT.CAP 42". A Coal and Wine duty post indicating the boundary at which tax was payable; that on coal dating back to the 1660's.
