House. 1841. Rendered front scored as stone, with brick and flint side walls;
hipped slate roof with flanking stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays with deep bracketed eaves.
Ground floor with semi-elliptical carriage entrance to the left and two sashes in
architrave surrounds to the middle and right; first floor glazing bar sashes in end
bays, central casement doors with margin lights to foliage iron balcony. Panelled and
glazed door in side bay through the carriage entrance. Name plaque with date on
1st floor. The house was used in the mid C19 as a place of worship by Calvinistic
Independents.

This house forms a group with Park Cottage and Woodmans Cottage.
