House now training school. Early C18 with C19 and C20 additions to either side. Red
brick with stone dressings and double range slate mansard roof; 2 stacks to right.
2 storeys and attic under flat head dormers. Symmetrical 5 bay facade with projecting
pedimented centre bay; stone cornice and parapet above. Sash windows under gauged
heads; plate glass on ground floor, glazing bars on the first floor. Central brick
porch with four banded piers and stone pediment to doorcase having egg and dart
moulding; the porch cornice continued as plain stone band on the main building.
C19 single bay with door to the right and further projection C20 extension on the end.
